Vasant Balasubramanian
Vasant Balasubramanian is the senior director and GM for Risk at ServiceNow, a cloud‑based platform and solutions company that enables digital workflows to drive business growth, increase resilience, and enhance employee productivity. He is responsible for product vision and strategy for ServiceNow’s risk and resilience solutions – with a focus on leading customers in their business transformation. 
Balasubramanian has over 20 years’ experience in technology and risk, and previously held senior management positions leading product teams at MetricStream, Mercury Interactive and InterWeave. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from IIT, Roorkee and a master’s degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
