He is passionate about the role of technology to help streamline government and educational service delivery, and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver practical solutions that save organizations both time and money, while increasing productivity and providing for a delightful customer experience. Prior to ServiceNow, Tom was Deputy CIO for Howard County, Maryland, where he led initiatives to automate workflows, digitize processes, and elevate the level of citizen experience in his County. Since their daughters have left the nest, Tom and his wife currently share their house with four high-maintenance dogs.
