Paul Smith joined ServiceNow in July 2020 as EMEA SVP and General Manager. Paul has a passion for applying technology innovation to reinvent work and challenge legacy business models. His role at ServiceNow encompasses all these skills as he leads the EMEA organisation in the workflow revolution.
Paul has nearly 20 years’ experience in leadership and senior management roles in the technology industry, with a track record leading sales, go-to‑market operations and developing new markets to drive growth at scale. He is also an ally in the technology industry for diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Previous organisations include Proctor and Gamble, Microsoft and Salesforce.
