Mirza Baig runs the ServiceNow service desk team, and he’s been instrumental in our drive to consumerize IT service delivery within ServiceNow. Building on our robust existing ITSM foundation—the Now Platform®, Mirza and his team have continued to raise the bar, further streamlining the IT experience for employees while driving significant increases in IT productivity.

Mirza Baig is an accomplished IT leader with over 15 years of management experience in Silicon Valley leading large, high performing teams. He’s built comprehensive global IT support service models while working across varied industries, organizations, and geographies. He’s setup enterprise project and operational groups throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Mirza was a member of the Customer Advisory Board for Microsoft in Redmond reviewing O365 products. He also sat on the Lenovo Customer Council.
