Martha Merk is associate director of BPT business partner shared services for Coca-Cola European Partners. She’s a certified SAP SCM solution consultant with more than 17 years of experience within SAP implementation and optimization projects. 

After joining Coca-Cola in 2012, she supported the SAP implementation and rollout project in Germany and was responsible for optimization within the areas of settlement, pricing, bonus, and business process monitoring. Through these activities, she acquired a wide experience and understanding of E2E processes at Coke. In her role as associate director, Martha is responsible for standardization and optimization of processes aligned with overall IT strategy.
