Kathy Neff is a product marketing director on the Customer Workflows team at ServiceNow. She's focused on helping customers understand the value of customer service that spans the organization, across customer engagement, customer operations, and field service.

Kathy has worked in customer service for more than 20 years, with roles in solution consulting, product management and marketing, digital transformation, and value management. As a Chicago area resident, she's an avid cook, composter, and gardener.
