Justin Miller is the manager of foundational certification in ServiceNow’s training and certification organization. He's one of the original architects of the ServiceNow certification program that launched in 2017. 

With more than a decade of experience in the software training industry, Justin leads the strategy and execution of the ServiceNow certification program that continues to expand the company’s global technical ecosystem, which currently includes more than 37,000 individuals certified on the Now Platform.
