John Dougherty, Head of Manufacturing, Americas, ServiceNow

John Dougherty joined ServiceNow in November 2020 and serves as head of manufacturing industry go to market in the Americas. He's responsible for the western United States and Latin America. Prior to joining ServiceNow, John spent 16 years at Oracle-NetSuite. 

John has done extensive work with many of the top brands across many different verticals, including consumer packaged goods, heavy industry, automotive, aerospace and defense, retail, and process manufacturing.
