Joanne Pasternack joined ServiceNow as the Head of Global Impact in September 2018. In this role, Joanne is leading the development and launch of a global corporate social responsibility (CSR) portfolio for the cloud computing company. Prior to coming to ServiceNow, Joanne was the Vice President of Philanthropy for the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco 49ers and developed global corporate partnerships for Special Olympics, Inc. 

Joanne holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a law degree from Santa Clara University, and completed the EPNL program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and the University of San Francisco and serves on the boards of directors for several non-profit organizations focused on promoting inclusion and diversity. Always up for an adventure, Joanne loves exploring far flung locations, cheering loudly from the sidelines at her kids’ sporting events, reading books recommended by her Kindle and anything related to figure skating.
