Dimitra Maniatis, AVP solution consulting, ServiceNow Canada

Dimitra Maniatis is assistant vice president of solution consulting for ServiceNow Canada. She and her team provide strategic, technical, presales support and consulting to customers who are exploring digital transformation initiatives within their organizations. In addition, she assists with overall business operations and go-to-market functions for the country. 

Prior to ServiceNow, Dimitra lead the technical presales team at Medallia for Canada and the Eastern US. Before entering the software industry, she spent more than 12 years in the market research industry, where she provided high-level strategic advice to clients around product development, marketing and advertising initiatives, customer and employee growth, and retention programs.
