Courtney Deinert is the director of global industry marketing for telecom, media, and technology at ServiceNow. A product marketing strategist and out-of-the-box thinker in the field of high-growth technology companies, she leads product and solution marketing for ServiceNow’s high-growth telecom, media, and technology verticals. 

Prior to ServiceNow, Courtney co-founded an industrial AI company that’s still delivering success to industrial companies across the globe. Beyond her startup, Courtney has spent the majority of her career driving global product and partner marketing initiatives for both international and domestic telecommunications business support system (BSS) and operations support system (OSS) vendors.
