Chris Rogers, Head of DEI, ServiceNow Product Organization

Chris Rogers is the head of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for the ServiceNow product organization. He leads diversity, inclusion, and belonging at product community outreach efforts and spearheads partnerships with historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). 

Chris’s team is one of the inaugural winners of the ServiceNow Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Challenger Award. This award honored the team’s efforts for creating an inclusive culture.
