Bulent Cinarkaya is general manager of Field Service Management at ServiceNow. He leads the business unit dedicated to supporting and strengthening field service organizations, enabling them to deliver outstanding customer and employee experiences. Bulent is also a technology advisory board member at the Service Council.

An experienced people and product manager, he previously held senior vice president roles at Salesforce and Oracle.
