As ServiceNow's vice president of product management, Brian Emerson is responsible for leading product strategy and the roadmap for the IT Operations Management business. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT management space, covering SaaS, cloud, and DevOps technologies. He's been responsible for building and releasing six net-new enterprise solutions to market, which have generated more than $500 million in revenue. In addition to ServiceNow, Brian has held product leadership roles at VMware, BMC, and Remedy.
