Amjad Shaikh, director of IT product strategy and incubation at ServiceNow, is a storyteller, design thinker, and nimble leader with a focus on user-centered design and value-base software delivery using efficient engineering practices. He has enjoyed many positions throughout his career, including product management, engineering, presales, and strategy, with a singular focus: putting the customer at the center of everything he does.  In his current role, Amjad and his team use the Now Platform in initiatives involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and augmented reality, with the goal of building the next generation of modern apps.
