Adam Smith-Cairns is a product marketing manager on the ServiceNow IT Workflows—IT Asset Management (ITAM) team. He's been involved with marketing to IT organizations for nearly 20 years. 

Before ServiceNow, Adam worked for Ivanti, LANDesk, an e-learning company, Novell, and an Apple reseller. In addition to his lively marketing career, he's been an instructional designer, freelance writer, technical writer, customer advocacy leader, martial arts studio owner and lead instructor, and life strategies coach. He also published a self-help book available on Amazon called "Kryptonite Factor."
