Anna, senior director of global renewals at ServiceNow, is making a global impact.

Senior director of global renewals at ServiceNow, Anna C. is passionate about the environment and the animals with whom we share this world. To Anna, every day is Earth Day. She assists ServiceNow customers in renewing their contracts by day. And by night, she helps people renew their minds about environmental impact.

Anna’s parents instilled in her at a young age the value of justice and a love of animals. That combination took her around the world to rainforests—the lungs of the planet—in Ecuador and Indonesia. She saw firsthand how choices we make in the US destroy habitats and ecosystems in other parts of the world. Her advice: Read labels to avoid non-sustainably farmed palm oil.

ServiceNow’s global impact strategy includes a focus on sustaining our planet by championing a resource-efficient, net-zero carbon environment. Throughout the regions where ServiceNow has employees, global impact ambassadors are spearheading local community work.

Anna is an ambassador in the US for our Santa Clara headquarters. Through her experience—including purchasing land in Ecuador to ensure it won't be destroyed and her current venture of working with a documentary crew—she’s raising awareness and funds to help people take action.

The documentary, Leuser: The Last Place on Earth, shows the consequences of our decisions when we unknowingly purchase products that can be traced to the destruction of natural resources and animal life. We also meet the heroes in local villages working to save the ecosystem and animal habitats.

But they can’t do it alone. We must recognize our collective global impact and work together to create urgent solutions. Anna and the other ServiceNow global impact ambassadors are on the job. We invite you to join us in this work.
